Range and safety Rules

All safety rules will apply at all times, even on Wednesday and Thursday while at the LRP range.  There will be Range Officers present for safety and to enforce safety rules.  Just like at a PRS match, bolt back, magazine out, and chamber flag in, unless you are actively firing.  Muzzles should be straight up unless firing down range.

Absolutely NO steel core bullets allowed due to fire hazard. This area experiences dry weather this time of year and is susceptible to wildfires.  No exceptions will be made to this rule.

NO smoking is allowed in any are of the range other than designated smoking area near the Range Office. NO exceptions.  This rule exists due to the risk of wildfires and violations will result in ejection from the range, match, and a fine.

Alcohol is allowed only AFTER ALL of the shooting is done for the day, and only at the area immediately surrounding the Range Office

Cameo Shooting Center allows competitors to ship guns, ammo, etc.  to the range to be picked up Wednesday and Thursday 9/11-9/12.  Cameo has a very specific set of instructions on how to do this and what address to use. These details will be released closer to the match.
