The International Precision Rifle Federation (IPRF) was created to establish an international organization and standards of precision rifle competition for regional and world championship events.
The US Precision Rifle Association (USPRA) is an affiliate organization of the IPRF representing the United States. With the variety of successful shooting sports and events in the US, the primary mission of the USPRA is organizing and selecting a US team for representation at IPRF international events.
Greg Bell, a fifth-generation farmer hailing from Delta of Arkansas, is not only deeply rooted in agriculture but also in Precision Rifle shooting.
Since 2016, Greg has been found over much of the U.S. shooting PRS matches. This eventually led him to represent the United States as a member of the 2022 Centerfire Team USA at the IPRF World Championship in France. After the World Championship, Greg was elected President of the United States Precision Rifle Association, where he currently serves.
Rusty lives in Arizona with his wife, Melanie, and their two youngest children. After retiring from a successful dentistry career in 2008, he discovered his passion for precision rifle shooting and joined the Precision Rifle Series (PRS) in 2016.
His commitment to the sport earned him a spot on the 2022 Centerfire Team USA, representing the U.S. at the World Championship in France. In 2024, he once again qualified to compete with the team at the World Championship.
Rusty's dedication to the sport goes beyond competition. He played a key role in ensuring the success of the 2024 World Championship hosted by the USPRA in Grand Junction, CO. Known for his passion and expertise, Rusty actively volunteers to advance the sport, frequently coaching and advising competitors in the field.
Ruth Soucie earned her spot on Rimfire Team USA in 2023, proudly representing the United States at the World Championship in Italy. Since starting her journey in precision rifle shooting in 2019, Ruth has expanded her expertise beyond the range. As a match director in Minnesota, she has gained recognition as one of the nation’s best, with peer reviews highlighting her ability to organize exceptional events.
In addition to her competitive pursuits, Ruth has significantly impacted the sport through her involvement with various national and local shooting organizations. Her dedication to advancing competitive shooting is evident in her active roles within these groups.
Ruth is not only a strong competitor but also a passionate advocate for female participation in shooting sports. Her efforts to promote inclusivity and excellence have established her as a respected figure, inspiring others to engage with precision shooting.
